| Issue Date | The date the item was actually issued. |
| Issued By | For coins this is usually the contry. Medals are usually issued by an organization or a country. |
| Designer | The artist(s) who designed the item. |
| Engraver | The person who cut the dies for this item. This often is not known, especially for coins. |
| Diameter | The diameter of the item. Don't forget to include the units. For example use "28mm" instead of "28" |
| Thickness | The thickness of the item. Don't forget to include the units. |
| Weight | The weight of the item. Don't forget to include the units. |
| Designation | Type identifiers, such as VAM numbers for Morgan dollars or Sheldon numbers for American Large Cents |
| Composition | What is this item made of. |
